Where to ask
- A purchase, booking or membership with a business: ask the business. Its details are on its River Haven page and in your receipts.
- Your River Haven account, sign-in or a charge you don't recognize: email support@riverhaven.app.
- Texts from (888) 554-9313: reply STOP to stop them, or HELP for help. Calls to that number play a recorded message with our email address.
- Owners: for card payments, payouts, texts and your business on River Haven, email us from your account's email address. Your plan is billed by the App Store or Google Play; manage or cancel it in their subscription settings.
- Deleting your account: Delete your account.
